I actually post quite a bit about process on my blog for the very reason that ministry leaders are often too busy doing to determine why and how to do it right. Beyond that, a process helps us to reproduce ourselves, keeping us from just piling on more work and not getting those things done that we are called to do. Important Question: If God called me to a new ministry today, could I respond by allowing my apprentice leader(s) take over for me tomorrow? Agreed.
