My hope is that the interactivity that is coming with Web 2.0 will save online communities that have the problems discussed in the article. These problems are fast becoming problems offline also. Anonymity, social peek-a-boo, lack of real identity are all problems we acknowledge on the net but they are also becoming real social problems too.
